Woman Dies 1 Month After Car Accident on the Southwest Side

A Gage Park woman has died of injuries sustained in a car crash last month on the Southwest Side. Roberta O’Gara, 68, passed away on Thursday in Des Plaines, according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office. The autopsy found she died of complications sustained in the October 27 crash at Pulaski Road and West 71st Street, along with heart disease.
