A four-year-old boy from Romeoville was killed in an accident on Sunday morning. Illinois State Police believe alcohol was a factor.

The accident occurred shortly after 2 am when a man driving southbound on I-55 near I-355 lost control of his vehicle. The car rolled and threw the 4-year-old boy from the car. Taylor Dyer was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver and two other children, ages 2 and 7, were taken to the hospital. The 29-year-old father of the boy is expected to be charged with aggravated DUI.
