Latonya Hanson, 20, died at 7:25 pm Wednesday at the scene of a car accident on Illinois 13. Her two children, ages 2 and 3, were airlifed out. Their condition is unknown. All three were ejected from the car.
Hanson was driving east when her car hit another vehicle, causing her to lose control. She crossed the median and overturned near Dykersburg Road. The accident is still under investigation.
