Qui Ngoc was born in Da Nang city, Vietnam. He went to college and graduated with a degree in Computer Science. After graduating from college, Qui Ngoc worked for a computer company in the United States until September 2011, when the company closed. He continued to work at another computer company until 2015. He also has an entertainment company and organizes music events in Vietnam, Canada and the United States. He also co-organizes beauty contests, such as Ms. Vietnam Global. Qui Ngoc thrives in social settings, and many people know him due to his opportunities to engage with and befriend the audience and the broader Vietnamese community. Since then, he has been involved in organizing more than 30 beauty pageants and events. For Qui Ngoc, the best thing about organizing events is highlighting Vietnamese people, music, and culture. For more than 10 years, Qui Ngoc has used this platform to do charity work to help others, including providing financial support and mentoring Vietnamese orphans. Now, Qui Ngoc uses his education and experience to help the Vietnamese community resolve legal issues and get the help they deserve.
