Practice Areas
I primarily help people with debt collection harassment, credit reporting problems, and consumer fraud issues.
Since joining 844 See Mike in March 2024, I have settled numerous consumer protection cases and 15 personal injury cases.
Prior to joining 844 See Mike, I served as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County. While employed by the CCSAO, I litigated hundreds of bench trials and four jury trials to verdict. The cases I tried ranged from misdemeanor DUIs to violent felonies including hijacking and robbery. I then worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago assigned to the Federal Civil Rights Litigation Division where I defended Chicago police officers sued for alleged misconduct pursuant to Section 1983. While working in the FCRL, I was responsible for all aspects of litigation including answering complaints, motion practice, propounding and answering written discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing pre-trial motions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. My extensive litigation experience ensures our clients receive exceptional outcomes to their cases.
Personal injury: car accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, truck accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip/trip and fall, nursing home abuse or neglect.
