Our consumer rights practice helps people with debt collection harassment, robocalls, and credit report problems. As a result of COVID a lot of people are out of jobs and they’re having financial issues, so we have seen an uptick in these types of cases. And right now, I would say the most important thing people can do while they’re having financial issues is to make sure to check your credit report, make sure it’s accurate, and if you are having a problem with debt or a bill to contact the creditor, work out some sort of payment plan, and if you’re not able to and you think you’re being harassed over it, contact us.
