I have very bad experience with ADT, and this is a contract dispute issue and I am planning to sue the company. I used ADT service start from 2016, on 2021/9, I moved from CA to NY and called ADT to move their service. The installer completed the installation and let me to sigh on their cell phone, said it was just proof of completion. I did not have chance to read the whole document and signed digitally. On 2021/11, I bought new house and moved again. I called ADT to terminate their service. And they told me I signed three year contract without my awareness and I have no right to cancel that. ADT have not provided any active service to me back on to 2021/11. What they claimed debt was not exist. And their business is based to trap and cheating.
Kohn Law is suing me in small claims court for Cottonwood Financial. I did set up a payment plan with them but then couldn’t pay due to unexpected expenses and surgery. They continued to call my parents home phone after I requested they stop.
