- No owner shall permit a dog or cat to run at-large within the City (11);
- Dogs and cats over the age of four months are to be vaccinated against the Rabies virus (14-15);
- No person may keep a vicious dog within the City limits (16);
- No person may keep any animal that continuously makes noise or disturbs the peace and quiet of the neighborhood (17);
- Any animal that bites or scratches another person will be declared a nuisance and impounded (18);
- All dogs and cats kept within the City must be registered and wearing proper registration identification (20, 22).
