In the past two years, YRC Freight has been subject to 6,698 inspections by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Following these inspections YRC Freight was cited for 655 driver safety violations, 209 hours of service violations, 1,929 vehicle maintenance violations, 2 violations for drug/alcohol, and 85 driver fitness violations.
