On Saturday, August 31, 2013, a car accident in Schuyler County, Illinois took the life of the driver. Thomas Duncan, 51, of Fowler, Ill. was traveling east on La Prairie Road at Grand Tower Road, early on Saturday morning, when his truck left the road and ran into a ditch—then it became airborne, hit a utility pole, rolled several times, and then stopped on its side. Duncan wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, and was halfway ejected out of his truck.
