30-year-old Moses Clemente of Silvis was struck by a car and killed Saturday morning.

Police responded to the John Deere Road westbound ramp from Route 84 at approximately 3:00 am. The driver of a Dodge Charger who was involved in the accident was arrested for Aggravated DUI and driving on a suspended license.
