• Drunk driving – consistently among the leading causes of traffic accidents and fatalities, intoxicated drivers must be brought to justice and we must always help to educate others about the dangers of intoxicated driving.

• Traffic Density – when streets are packed with vehicles, and with countless pedestrians and bicyclists on either side, the risk of an accident naturally increases, and busy streets with higher speed limits can be especially risky.

• Rolling stops – drivers who do not come to complete stops when they are supposed to are at risk of striking crossing pedestrians and are likely to be held liable for the accident.

• Speeding – another top contributing factor to pedestrian accidents, drivers who break the law by speeding may not have enough time to stop before striking a person or vehicle and creating a needless accident, and these drivers must be held accountable for their negligence.
