Medical Payment

Medical payment, also known as med pay, is a type of auto insurance coverage that will pay for you and your passengers’ medical expenses in case of an accident. This coverage will take effect regardless of who is at-fault. As opposed to liability coverage, however, medical payment isn’t mandatory in the State of Illinois.
