Late on Saturday, August 31, 2013, a 20-year-old Illinois man rear-ended a motorcycle with his car in Harrisburg, Illinois. Evan L. Edwards, 20, was driving south behind Robin S. Seets, 49 (on the motorcycle), on Commercial Street. Seets slowed down before the intersection at Sloan Street; Edwards didn’t slow down, and hit the rear of Seet’s motorcycle. Seets was thrown off and seriously injured; he was taken to Harrisburg Medical Center. Edwards is facing DUI charges.
