The driver of a FedEx truck was transported to a hospital in Watseka after his truck crashed on Wednesday on I-57 just north of Buckley. According to a release from District 21 Illinois State Police, the accident happened just before 5:00 am at mile post 277, when Paul D. Williams, 56, was driving his 2014 Kenworth semitruck towing 2 semi-trailers.

Williams was driving north when his semi-truck ran off the road, hitting a guardrail. He then overcorrected, causing the truck to overturn in a field. He was transported to Iroquois Memorial Hospital.
