A man was Van Wert has died of injuries sustained in an accident in Urbana on Wednesday. According to police, Douglas Welker, 71, passed away at 10:53 at a hospital in Urbana. He was involved in a one-car accident on a county road on Wednesday when his car missed a curve, went off-road, and flipped over.
